Stay alert. The same thing happened to me 2 years ago. I almost managed to get the weasel who was doing some afterhours checking on my R.

hopefully you have a garage... double park it if not.. buy a dog and put it in the back... or even park it somewhere else for a while if you can manage? i donno... if they already know where you live... ...
thats the problem i live in an apartment complex. i don't even have the option of a garage. but i do have a pager alarm and a 12 gauge full of shells hopefully the shock sensor will trip if they have a falt bed, and then i will make a mess out of some ****** theivs. i don't think its legal but right now jail is almost worth it. in my book messing with a mans car is completely unacceptable.
You have a beater? Cause I know I saw one post (can't find the link) it was like "where do ITR owner's park at night" tried searching and nothing and can't find in the forum either. One of the guys actually chained his car to the building (through what part of the car I do not know) but it seems like a GOOD deterent and I'm sure you could get used to taking it on and off. Boy would thieves be confused if they saw a huge chain through the wall. You can't get that off quietly.
buy a beater for now or borrow a friends car who has a garage where you can store your R. i wouldn't resort to the gun because it could create more problems. get a gps tracking system too. there are child wrist watch style gps tracking systems where it can be located online. buy it and hide in your car.

DAMN MAN, nice idea. I neva thought of that.... just gotta make sure you A: realize it before they strip it and find the watch, or B: hide it in between the unibody and 1/4. Just make sure the battery stays alive.... damn I wanna try this... How much are they???

When I was at an apt. complex I use to cover my car every night. I parked as close as possible. I used a page alarm, clutch lock and 4 prong steering wheel lock with the wheel turned over twice and locked into position. I have 2 sets of ear bleeder alarms 2 in the cockpit and 2 in the trunk. 2 Backup batterys to the alarm located in different areas and a vehicle locating service. I slept with the keys next to my head. Good luck with. But after all that I have. It is still just a car. A rare very nice car...but a car indeed.
Set the bastard up.....you have a prime opportunity if you know its coming
The thought of moving your caR to another location wouldn't be a bad idea, but you can only hide s0 and would only be a temporary preventative!

set up a sting operation. you already know its coming just of when. it should be anytime soon.
driveway patrol facing both driver and passenger windows. very cheap but effective. just in case they look through your windows, itll alarm. make sure u put the siren right next to ur ear.
dog wouldnt really be any nice unless you have your own garage. getting a dog trained to sleep during the day and stay up at night for guard would be really nice
so they can bark at any **** walking in the front of your garage.
good luck. let us know that you caught the bitch.

i had an ex girlfriend whos dad had a camera set up out side of his garage coming back to a monitor so anytime he was at home he would know if someone was near his cars. somethin like that would be real nice
I'd post more info so your local buddies could watch for their cars. Maybe they're scoping more than your car. Another guy or 2 that see's the same cars scopin Honda's and maybe you can get an ID or a name. Get their plate and or car description. Write it on a piece of paper and tape it to your window. Maybe it will deter them if they know you have their plate when they come for your car.
Just an idea...

it's not my original idea. someone here posted just a little bit ago during the holiday season about how he bought a child gps locator at circuit city or something like that. he paid around 100 and just hid it in his car. he also hid it in a place where it was difficult to find, but somewhat accessible to replace batteries. this particular gps system he bought had a website to access so you could see where the watch was. the good thing is that you don't rely on others to do the work like lojack. as soon as you realize the car is gone, hop on the internet and track them foos.

Now that is sound advice! Are you serious? Just sell it? What a quick solution. How about you cut your nuts off because there are women out there who like to get pregnant? Let's face reality here.
Listen to the logical advice here. The gun idea should only be used if someone is breaking into your home. Not your car. The sting operation is a good idea, but could potentially land you in some very stressful legal technicalities.
You have obviously been targeted. Now it's time to keep the eyes in the back of your head open, and most importantly, contact the police and tell them your story. I like the idea of switching cars with someone you know, who has a garage for a few weeks or whatever.
Aloha,
Brandon
