Car low and very bouncy - What kind of susp....
My car is very low and extremely bouncy. Its to the point to where its getting on my nerves and im about to raise it back up.
What would be a good suspension I could get, and still have some what of a smooth ride?

for a smooth ride and a nice drop i suggest eibach sportline springs, i have them on my CD accord and the ride feels stock to me, even over highway bumps or whatnot. also my friend has them on his db integra and he loves them too.
thats my 2 cents

Raise it up so you're not riding on the bumpstops all the time

Or invest in some Ground Control upper mounts. Their only $100 a pair and they come in anodized red, grey & black. They add 3/4" of bump travel, and come with new softer bump stops. Ground Control says you can trim their bump stops, but to leave at least 1 inch.
Only problem is that they are only compatable with coils that are the same inner diameter as Ground Controls...

Think about getting the Omni Coilovers. Great setup and you can lower your vehicle without affecting shock stroke. We are one of only 4 official warehouse distributors of Omni. Check us out at: http://www.iapdirect.com
Sounds to me like he's riding on blown stock shocks or something. If you want to be slammed AND smooth - and mind you, I hate suggesting this on a Honda board - you'll probably want to invest in air struts. Summit Racing has a bolt-in air strut kit that allows you to drop as low as four inches at a whim and I think it's $750 for a Civic.
If you want your car to handle, raise it up, get some better equipment, and match the drop with shocks meant to handle such ride heights.

I wonder how cars generally ride with air struts...

how about those tein flex? do they ride smooth or are they rough like how we ride girls? (damn bad analogy)
I have Tein SS with the Ground Control upper mounts and lowered a good amount. Not slammed but low enough full stiff rear and 3 clicks off full stiff front(what can I say I like it harsh LOL) and it rides like a dream.
Felt a good improvment in ride quality with the GC upper mounts.
