I just got my T1R cat back a couple days ago and was curious....will it mate up to the stock cat no problem or do i need a different cat? Thanks for the help.

?? wtf
It bolts right up

It bolts right up
The first batch of the new canister style WILL NOT bolt up.
The newer batches are all bottlenecked so that they CAN bolt up to stock peices.
You're both right

I believe the axleback and b-pipe were sold separately. the new version (sold now as an complete catback) needs a 2.5" cat. t1r actually makes a 2.5" resonated testpipe, but that won't work if you're using a stock or 2" collector header.

I used to run a 2.5" cat with my stock b-pipe and it bolted up just fine...not the same thing but as you can see the 3 bolt flange has the standard size. The only sure way to install the damn thing if you already bought it.
