Default Dome light spazzing HELP--lock spazzing HELP!

I came out to the garage to find my 98 civic ex spazzing out...the dome light would go on and off and the doors would lock every 3 seconds...I put the dome light to off and it stopped but right as i put it to the neutral position it does it again...so i put it to off and left it...the car hadn't been started for a week in the garage and it's kind of cold...whats wrong?

i'm not sure if it's different in your car, but i know where it is in mine.

i also duno what site you would go to, to get a diagram of your fuse box, the manual prolly has one in it. If you know where your manual/fuse box is

if not.. theres always just trial and error (turn your dome light on, and pull fuses 1 by 1 until it goes off

Will this make my keyless entry work? Currently because of this problem it doesn't. Also, where is the fuse box?

Its possible it will help. Alot of fuses carry more than one duty. Some will do locks with interior lights. The fuse just might be lose too. Just check the two fuse boxes. Dont forget the fuse box under your hood, just look for it on the passenger side right on the side of the engine bay and your other fuse box is under your steering wheel below the dash.

P.S. A broken fuse is usually burnt lookin if its over 15 amp, either way theres a little metal strip in there thats broken if its blown.

GOOD LUCK!
