Polyurethane Bushing Kit???
I don't suppose any of you gentlemen know the best place to get a complete polyurethane bushing kit for my 1990 CRX Si do you? I am installing my lowering springs and my shocks and struts. I assumed this is the place to go for said information as this is where all the smart guys are. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Pretty much any shop should be able to get them for you. I'd have someone install them for you, it's a long not very fun process. Energy Suspension is good stuff.

I disagree because i enjoyed doing this. Old bushings were pressed out by a machine shop. I did this over a weekend by myself, taking my time.
The install cost me $230 including bushings, bushing removal, alignment.
Well worth the effort

crxy - you can get ES master kits from some of the H-T vendors, http://www.suspension.com, Summit racing... take your pick. Whether you want to do this process entirely by yourself depends on the tools you have access to and the life your car led... The new bushing install is a breeze, the removal of the old one can be trying...see below

I agree with you, I've done the master kit on my car (with the exception of the ones for the anchor bolts in the front upper arms and the easy ones on top of the dampers). It was pretty straightforward affair since I have a 20-ton hydraulic press and my car is a California car that's never seen a salted road. However, I did try to do a friends EG Civic that came from Maryland. Some of his bushing were so stuck that after pressing, PB Blaster-ing, torching, drilling, sawing, swearing, etc. we ended up taking it to a shop and letting them deal with the removal phase. Where it turned out they did the same things but with shop tools.

That was the hardest part. I ended up having to file that bushing a little to install. Using hella grease, i put the bushing on the ground and put the upper control arm on top and pressed it in with my foot. I figured it was quicker to fight with it than to go back to the machine shop.
grease fittings coming soon

Thank you kindly for the info, I'm off to order my kit now and hopefully next Saturday I can do the install at school. It's a Minnesota car so this should'nt be too simplistic, nonetheless, nothing worth doing ever is.
