check out a u-pull junkyard if you have one in your area. Most places if you can fit it in your pocket its free.

No, thats actually the policy of the yards around here, figured they were all the same. Even if thats not the case with your local yards, the plugs shouldn't be that expensive.

the policy of the yards is that whatever you can fit in your pocket is free? i am going to call bullshit on that one.

Well plugs for that will be free cuz they will fit in my pocket Plus I already knew that 96-00 plugs will work with the cluster but to be able to find them in a yard around here is like tryin 2 find a needle in a hay stack. I was lucky enough to find a 96 Civic 3 weeks ago but was striped down to the chassis.

You can also use the plugs from a crv. You may also use th eplugs from any 94-01 integra but you will have to repin the plugs so thte wires are in the right places. The actual plastic plug is the same, the wires are just different.

i have an 5 speed cluster from a 98 EX sedan in mine, its a tight fit but it works, i used this one because its blue and matched the car.

my eventual plan is to get an RPM activated switch, and use the SRS light as a shift light inside the cluster. keep it oem

thats mine.

That's how it works at the u-pull it yard by my house. So I know it's not bullshit. And it's far better than $40.

LMAO. The only thing is, sometimes theycharge a buck to go in. I don't know why sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. But a buck? Why not? I got the factory stereo harness for my CRX off a 93 Civic that way.

lol do they have a sign that says that ? My local pick-n-pull is like that but to an extent. If the part really has no meaning, like clips from electrical circuits the guy will give them to me for free. But lets say I need a door handle, sure it will fit in my pocket but its not free.
