Track guys what spring rates?
What spring rates are all of the track guys running post them up for everyone. I am looking for the H1 cars mostly but give everyone an idea of what you are running.
what are you using the car for?
i daily drive and track my car, i'm on 7kf/9kr and i'm pretty happy with it. couldn't see going much higher in the rear without getting a new daily driver.

Depends on the shocks you want to use and your buget - if you have the budget for $$ shocks, you can run whatever rates you want... I would suggest getting a couple pairs of springs in 50-100# increments and doing some testing/tuning to see whats going to work best for you.

call ground control.
Anything over 400-500# is not going to be very comfortable and 'off the shelf' shocks wont handle it - you'll need a rebuild/revalve and most companies dont offer it (kyb, tokico, etc). Anything over 600-700# on the street is just stupid.

450/550 on GC's and OTS valved Koni yellows. the konis can handle it, but eventually i'm going to a 800/1000 or something similar when the car becomes a dedicated track *****.
This isn't made to hijack the thread...but wasn't worth making another "what spring rates" post.
I currently drive on AGX + Neuspeed sports (too soft of a spring for my taste), and plan on getting new suspension setup for the summer.
The car is def street but I will go to the road course, maybe twice a year.
I also will visit the drag strip few times this coming up summer.
The question: Is there spring rates that would benefit all kinds of driving that I will be doing this coming up year?
I know that drag suspension usually consist of big rates in the rear, but the way Hondas understeer, higher rates in the rear may benefit while road racing too.
I know for sure I will be using OTS Konis, with GC and was thinking about getting 350f/400r rates.
Comments very welcome. TIA.

You will be fine
If using a somewhat low powered street car on street tires... I'm not sure how much a true "drag" suspension would help you at the drag strip anyways.

Indeed.
Indeed.
Im running 500f/600r and Id say thats right at the limit for a daily driven car. I have the 23mm rear bar and the car rotates well but I can see going stiffer in the rear at some point.
