question on 5 lug set up????????? HELP!!!!!!!!

i posted this question earlier and got no reponse maybe it was in the wrong forum, but anyway, cant i just change my 4 lug hub on my eg for a 5 lug hub, then it will be a 5 lug set up right? is it that easy?

lol um no ... EGs use a small bearing and GSR/ITR use big bearing .. and only on the big bearing can u bolt up ITR calipers which are offset for 11" discs as the gsr calipers are offset for 10" discs.

basically no its that easy said.
