Default TurboCalculator.com reliability... some problems with buying a turbo from them.

Hey in my other forum i mentioned buying my stuff from http://www.turbocalculator.com/sale-turbokits.php and someone advised me not to do it because they had problems with them.

They said:
"wushubrian just for reference i have a buddy who bought a 38mm tial wastegate from turbo calculator.com and it took him 3 months to get it, and he tried to call everyday asking to see if it was coming and wasn't able to get ahold of anyone for 3 months. if you plan on boosting your car soon i am not sure if turbo calculator is the fastest way to get your stuff."

Is this ture. Has anyone had any good or bad experiences from them. I was going to buy my stuff from there but now debating if i should. Please post comments and experiences. Thank You.

I paypaled them for a turbo and didnt get any confirmation 2 days after the purchase. After about 50 times calling them and numerous emails i finally made a claim with Paypal. Luckly i got my money back.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS/GIRLS. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND FROM WHAT I HEARD THE QUALITY OF PARTS SUCK TO.
