Hasport makes a mount kit... You'll have to get an OBD-0 to OBD-2 Jumper harness.. I think axels are gonna be your hardest..I think its accord axels? Or Prelude... Maybe im thinkin for an H22 swap.. They might have to be custom.. As for the linkage, thats a good question

there is no "limkage" its a cable and from what I have heard people are using 90/91 accord shifters.

Search for a user named "Pacman." He has a K powered CRX and it hauls *****. He can probably help you. Also, you may want to try the hybrid forum.

I talked to him breifly a few months ago and I think one of the bigger things is that the K series motor is taller than the B/D serieses. You're probably going to want to get a think skidplate to protect the oil pan.

They can still have decent ground clearence but yes it is taller and accomodations with the hood will need to be made.

I still don't think the swap is worth it at this point in time due to the great expensive the engine swap, mounts, axels, linkage, ect, by the time said and done the cost could be anywhere from $6000-8000 or more for a whole 200hp.

If your really set on it, check with a guy named Will at Hybrid Racing, they have the parts need to do the swap, but reach deep in those pockets.

Actually, According to hmotors

30014 - K20A (RSX Type R) Motor, Tranny, ECU
220 Hp 158Trq 11.5 Compression (JDM)
$ 5500.00 Plus shipping and handling.

And it is worth it to me I am doing it over the winter

^^^ That looks to be correct. Don't forget mount kit is like $700 and the wires harness conversion for EF is another $700, plus the shipping of that engine you found plus all the little misc stuff needed...it just seems to be a lot even for the 220hp type R k20.

It'll be a great project though.

I'm interested in the Hasport kit as I am also looking at a b18c5 conversion which would probably be about the some money. Hasport supposedly will have all the parts including the hood since it is taller. Weight is less than an H22 or even a b18 so I have heard.

All custom installs I have seen stick up an inch of 3 above the hood area and people cut holes in their hoods.

Not everyone cares about drag racing.

Learn that when you have to say "I don't care what anyone says" about something that isn't 100% opinion, what you're saying is probably stupid.

CRX + K20A Spec-R + real driving skill + good tuning and car setup + money -> hello Honda Challenge H1 championship.
