Default Building RSX S on boost what should I do??

I recently purchased a 04 RSX S and want to go boost. I want to make a lot of power. Im having Benson sleeve my block and staying at 86mm bore. Im using 9:1 CP piston and Crower billet rods. Im going to use the Rev Hard kit unless you can recommend a better kit. Im new to the industry so your help would be greatly appreciated. What do I do as far as the fuel system fuel pump, regulator etc. Suspension? What do i do ???All suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

If you are going to be building for big power, then a limited slip diff is almost essential. Quaife makes a nice unit that is unconditionally guaranteed, but is a little on the pricey side. You can also get the JDM DC-5 limited slip diff. off of E-Bay for much less money. A new clutch will also be a good idea because the stock clutch won't last long with the kind of power I think you are looking for.

As far as suspension goes, what are your plans for the car? Street, Track, or a combination of the two?

Look into Full-Race turbo kit or a stage 2 stage 3 Cybernation kit. I've for the CN stage 1 and it's fantastic.

Make sure you work on your stopping, lots of people don't realise how fast they are gaining speed and how slowly they are now stopping As for suspension, TEIN baby.

If you're preparing yourself for some high power levels, why not just piece your own turbo kit?
And instead of using a piggyback, I'd recommend you to get a unit to where you can tune it yourself, or get it tuned.

Definatly talk to full race there stuff is awesome. Cybernation stage one makes like 300 whp. Get K pro also.

go for the CN kit defenitely

i thuoght full race's manifold only fit a k20 in a civic, not the rsx

myself and my friend mike (archidictus on here) just finished installing my kit less than a week ago...no problems, plus the guardian makes the car run more stock-like than any boosted car i've ever built, driven, or been a passenger in

IMO, nothing has come close to the CN kit on an rsx, especially if you are after big power...a guy on clubrsx just dyno'd his stage 3 kit (he is only running at stage 2 boost though since he hasn't upgraded the fuel system yet...so his numbers will be a little lower than just a stage 2 because of a thicker headgasket) but at 17psi, he put down 404whp

checkout the clubrsx boost forum, there is a lot more info for you there

ITR lsd won't handle over 300hp go Quaife LSD.

You could piece together a kit yourself. One fab has new k-series manifolds that are awesome. Since your sleeving the engine and throwing in lower compression pistons you should also stud the head. High boost makes the head want to lift off the block.

Always go k-pro and get lots of tuning!!!
