Default Any B series turbo ef's out there?

Im thinking about going turbo after not being too happy with MY JRSC. How hard is it to fit a turbo in there do you need to rip out the A/C and get a smaller radiator?

Why unhappy with the JRSC? That was what I thought of getting in the future.

Most people who go with a supercharger regret it, supercharger is the easy way to boost, however its extremely limited.

you wont ever outgrow a turbo setup, if you want more power its a matter of getting a bigger turbo or turning up the boost.

Just dissapointed with dyno #'s that all. everything else is great as far as quality and ease of installation.

it came with everything i needed minus the crossmember, and the radiator, i bought mine used, and it didnt come with the oil stuff i needed, so i bought those parts on my own, and my intercooler pipe was about 3 inches to shoort, so i bought 1 foot of 2.5 inch silicon and used that to bridge the gap!

I have a turbo EF in the works too, I've decided to go from NA to FI. My setup is pretty identical to slowpokesi's, except I have a JDM B18C SirG and HCP mount kit. I'm also going with a Revhard kit with a T04E 57 trim compressor and a T3 0.63 a/r turbine. It should be here in a week, but right now I've got the Full Race tracbar sitting here and my friend is going to give me his EG radiator. For the EMS, I'm gonna be going with uberdata and probably some 550 injectors or larger.

Just for chits and giggles here is a list of stuff that I've bought so far:
$2700 - Rev Hard turbo kit
$462 - Full Race Traction Bar
$108 - Walbro high pressure 255LPH fuel pump
$120 - 97 GSR cams (swapping out my Skunk2 stg 1 cams)
$85 - Greddy oil sandwich plate
$122 - moates.net, burner soft/hardware, uberdata chipping kit, spare chips and sockets
$83 - spare GSR oilpan
$69 - a pillar 3 gauge pod
$33 - some nylon tubing and gauge senders
$75 - Moroso breather tank (p/n MOR-85465 )
$43 - Battery relocation kit

I aready have an autometer boost gauge, oil pressure gauge and Nordskog water temp gauge from my last car. I just needed to buy the vacuum tubing and temp sender for them. I also have my stock 95 P72 which will get sent of to get socketed for uberdata. I still have to buy a set of RC injectors, unless I decide to use the DSM 450 bluetops that I already have.

i have type r cams beyotch

but im using a fmu , is your walbro inline or intank, cuz my revhard kit came with a fuel pump!

your going to probably need a longer silicon coupler than what they sent , at least i did! you can see in the pic min is about 6 inches long. and my kit didnt come with a bpst > npt thread convertor for the oil fitting your probably going to need that also

lol, oh yeah well I got .2 more liters then you sucka! hehehe

My Walbro is the intank one which I got from lightning motorsports. I thought about using the inline setup temporarily, but I didn't wanna risk it. I believe that the stage 3 revhard kit which is also available for the CRX w/ B swaps comes with an intank pump, and the stage 2 kit has the inline pump. Do you recall the size of your intercooler? the stage 2 intercooler is 27x6.5x3 while the stage 3 kit intercooler is 29x10x3.5.

EDIT: Oh yah, and can you tell if you got the 38mm or 40mm wastegate?

Sounds like a stage 2 kit....but you did say you bought it used right? maybe the previous owner upgraded the fuel pump himself? or when he ordered it he requested the upgrade? I know when I ordered my kit, the guy offered my upgraded injectors.

i think you misread, mine came with a fuel pump, but not an intank =P

you might want to install that intank pump and relocate the battery first, both of those took more time than i expected, and its going to suck for you cuz you have to pull the fuel tank down to install it, and thats a bitch!

yah I thik I misread what you said. You were like "I got a fuel pump!" I thought that because of the exclamation point that you got something other then what they normally come with.

I'll probably knock out the Walbro, battery relocate, tracbar and radiator before I get to the turbo install. I've been looking for some good walkthroughs on how to install the Walbro into an EF. I've been hearing a lot of things about fitments issues so I'm trying to get a good walkthrough (with pics) before I start the fuel pump install.

Put the fuel pump in is easy, but for EF you have to drop the tank.
