I know it's not a Honda...I just thought I'd share a few pics our Lotus Elise turbo kit that the fabricator sent us. I will post pics of the finished product next week.

which engine is this elise using? the b18 or the 2zz?

 

if that is for the elise on the toyota platform, that **** is gonna be ridiculously fast. Like challenging 911's fast.

 

the us market elsie uses the same motor from the toyota celica, the 2whatever it is

yea that was what i was talking about. I actually prefer the Matrix over the celica. Cooler looking, same powerplant, sixspeed, car loves to rev.

I'll probably get one when i am out of college, that is how much i like the matrix.

The fabricator is a guy out of vacaville....he builds trans am cars

Picked up the lotus from the fabricator today..........This kit is pretty bad ***!!
I 'll try and get some new pics up with the intercooler and all the rest of the kit when I start pulling the powertrain ou to change the clutch.

with just the 190 celica motor it does the run to 60 in less than 5 i think... maybe 5 flat. its a damn 1900lb car. i want one... not too bad either, 40k!!

 

Doesnt the Lotus already go 0-60 in like 4.8 or something? Im sure if its done right it will be faster than 4.0
