Just looking at that picture there are some pretty major differences in those houses, including the color, front porch area, overhang design, fencing, yard and sidewalk design...etc...etc...etc. Similar yes but not exactly the same.

May I recommend that you DO NOT thread your stock seatbelts thru the harness holes of your seat.
Your seatbelts were designed to work from specific mounting points, and re-routing your belts thru those holes essentially alters the way they hold you in the seat, and it may be dangerous. Just a suggestion.
By the way, what kind of seats are they?
