WIll the final driven gear on the differential off of a Prelude 2.3 Si automatic transmission work on a H22a MT? The final drive ratio is 4.43 on the AT versus the 4.266 on the H22a.

Probably.

 

..AT final drives are not compatible w/ MY final drives.

 

I didn't see the AT part. An AT final drive definitely will not work.
