Do you really want to send a piece of **** to israel where somebody is going to be dependent on it working properly?

I'm glad I don't work for you.

I just answer your question and leave details and opinions to myself...

The cheapest and smallest mig welders will be found at Harbor Freight for under $100.

Neither, for 200 spend the little more and get a lincoln. There around 300 right now if you look around.

I tell you with the utmost trust! DO NOT BUY HARBOR FREIGHT!
Its beyond "lo tov" its crap! Either get a Clarke (which is Italian) or a lincoln/miller.

if you want 110volts http://store.weldingdepot.com/...SkjC2

otherwise http://store.weldingdepot.com/...vVjT7
I own the 220v and its brilliant!

The second one is a lot more powerful and is probably a lot better overall machine, capable of welding much thicker material and weld easier. If you buy some cheap junk the whoever uses it will get tired of it quickly and get a good quality machine like the guy who gave you those links the 115 volt with gas will be a decent setup imo.
