I thought I had this swap under control .Now the Main Relay has a slight buzzing noise. I tried another one I had handy it Buzzed then stopped; turned off switch then tried again but still no start. Checked the fuse for the fuel pump it's ok.Checked the Fuel rail but no gas; will this relay cause the fuel not to get pumped ;;Any ideas of what to check would be helpful. T.I.A. this is '89 accord Ingection

 

i had a problem on my 95 when i put my ITBs on and didnt ground the injector harness(there was a ground strap in the area) and it did the rapid fir relay when i turned the ignition on ....could be a place to look
