work out...get some muscles...then pull it off (have to kinda wiggle it slowly). If you're weak like me, then just saw it off.

Use a dremel and cut down the plastic lengthwise. Actually you can use anything to cut it, I just like a dremel, pull it out whenever I can, I'd replace my left thumb with a dremel if I could...
