Default Fiberglassed kickpanels with CDT 6.5 midbass *PICS*

Recently bought a pair of Q-Forms kick panels for my CDT CL-61a's ($150 at thezeb.com). Way too flimsy though, so i bought 2 fiberglass kits from pepboy, only about $10 each. Here is how they look so far:

these kick panels say they only accept up to 6 1/8 speakers though, so the cdt werent a perfect fit by any means...im still working on a way to mount the driver side one ;x

while its out right now, throw in some sound deadener for the kicks. might help you with midbass and reduce the resonance.

yup. just the inside. is the fiberglass smooth or is it rough? if its rough, i would sand it down a bit so that the sound deaden have more contact with the glass.
