Default Hp difference between the 90-93 tegra, and 94+ tegra

What makes the difference in the hp rating on the ls dohc non vetc motors? the 2nd gen motors are rated at 130, and 3rd gen are 140, what makes teh extra HP?!

Actually, 90-91 Integras had 130hp, in 92-93 the non-gsr models got a new set of cams and intake manifold, so the power output went up to 140hp. The 92-93 and 94+ have approximately the same power output (between 140-142 depending on year).
