Default 5th Gen accord sedan. 02 SE wheels or 96-96 CW ITR wheels?

I wanted to know what u guys thought about my rims dilemma. I can get 02 SE rims that look like this.

for about $350 picked up brand new w/ caps in honda boxes. or get some 96-97 CW ITR wheels from password jdm for about $500 with tires.

But tires isnt a biggie here cause I got a brand new set of 15" michelins right now, and most likely the tires on the itrs will be worn, so what do u guys think?

Please post pics if u guys have got rides with those rims or just have pics with 5th gens with them rims.

Also, My sedan is a 96 v6 frost white not dropped yet, w/ jdm stanley black housing and a real mugen grille. later

IMO go with the 02' SE wheels . I have em on the 96ex and they look great with a 2.25" drop. I would post pics but I am unable to do so at this time.

edit: ahh, here is an old link, pics kinda suck

Th 02' SE wheels will suit the 5th gen nicely, they look similar to the factory 7 spoke accord alloys from the 94/95 model. They also look exactly like the 8 spoke JDM 6th gen accord wheels.

One question, what does CW mean in this sentence? 96-97 CW ITR wheels

Thanks for that xpsonic - couldn't think of it for the life of me.

Not a big fan of the itr wheels on the accord. They are only 15's and they have a lip - they look like 14's on the car because of this.

Just my opinion.

Here's an accord on ITR's. I think it's teamblends car before he swapped wheels. I know I got it off HS.

Raz (teamblend - if this is yours and you are reading it - hey there! I saved this pic ages ago when lurking)

The ITR wheels are 4x114.3, normal integra wheels are 4x100.

Later model ITR's from around 98 are 5x114.3.

I tried finding SE wheels in my area before I bought the wheels I have now... I love how they look on 5th gens.

NICE!

I personally like the stock 94-95 rims. Just pop off the cap and it looks great! The 96-97 5 spoke gunmetal twists look awesome too.

Id get the hype ARRRRRR rims in your case.

I miss my 5th gen.

Hard decision that's why i had both sets before.

se rims are heavier than 96spec itr wheels.

IMO get the itr wheels, it's less common.

i sold mine(itr) for around 300

OH WAIT!!!!

The offset of the itr wouldn't clear the front caliper, so you'll need to...

1)shave the caliper with a BIG **** metal file

OR

2)buy a 3mm spacer from me
