Default Power hole

All right this may sound dumb or easy but im a newbie in car audio
All the cord coming from the battery you have to drill a hole in the fire wall to get it to the trunk easy enough right?

Well im having trouble finding a clear spot to drill i have a 95 civic and im wondering where Evry one else drilled their holes to give me an idea of where to drill mine
Because i cant find a spot easy to get to with clearly noting on the other side or dose any one know of any tricks to finding a place to drill

how big of a wire. if it isn't bigger than 8ga stick through a hole already there. If bigger, drill on the passenger side of the firewall below the battery

maybe he doesnt have the grommet hole below the battery but if he does, its large enough for 1 or even smaller gauge wire... my 4 gauge looks tiny in it...

Do not drill if you have the grommet, I do in my 2000 civic coupe.. I bet you do too, look for a small black thing to the right of the battery (drivers side) and lower... thats it, take it out, and poke a hole through the interior lining, done deal.

That is what I did. It is alot easier if you take the battery and battery tray out.
