Default wrecked EG

NEW PIC ADDED 3RD PAGE!!!!

i was driving down orange ave in san diego in the rain at about 4:00pm yeaterday(monday). anyways, im doing about 35-40 and i dont have any stop sign or anything on a pretty long street i saw a car stop at the stop sign so i continued driving like nothin was wrong and from out of no where, this chevy blazer pulls out in front of me.i had no time to hit the brake, turn or think for that matter. my side skirts went across the street and **** went flying everwhere. i will hopefully have pictures posted up soon., i didnt have a camera but i had my cell phone so ill try and get that picture. my hood, fenders, radioator etc are all torn up. what pissed me off more then my car getting smashed was the fact the guy was more worried about his car, then his 3 year old daughter that hit her head on the window in the back seat. i called 911 and had an ambulance come pick her up. the guy kept goin on about his car and i was like hows ur daughter, hes says"i dont know i think shes fine" i was like wtf. the cops get there and it turns out the guy doesnt have a drivers license. so his car gets impounded. thankfully he had insurance cause i dunno what is going to happen to my car. its not looking good at all. i had just finished the interior yesterday too. i put my jdm steering wheel on to complete the black interior. i live in escondido and the accident was in san diego so i had to have a buddy drive me home at like 11 at night because of all the rain it took forever to get a flatbed. thankfully the girl was ok and no one was seriously injured. but for drivers that dont pay attention.

almost happened to my gf while she was driving me yesterday in my car... we were going the speed limit (45mph) down the street... and some guy pulled out from the left behind a sign in the road about 10-15 feet in front of us while going about 10mph... my gf stepped on the brakes hard but not enough to lock up the wheels and went into the right lane next to us where there were no cars...

when we pulled up next to him he was flipping us off and looking at us like it was our fault...

******* morons...

I've had people do this to me. It makes me want to shoot their stupid *** with an RPG or something.

Good luck with your car and good luck with your insurance company.

you better hope your insurance adjuster doenst wonder why your airbad didnt go off and check your steering wheel..

you could be in alot more trouble than you think.

getting dropped from your insurance company and getting sued on top of that by the other guy.

good luck

Sorry to hear man goodluck, I hate dealing with insurance companies because they only screw you over. AS long as you were okay that is all that really matters.

I am not sure how it is in the US but here in Canada if you have insurance and your car is damaged then you do get a rental car even if you are under 21.
