How much for the 99-00 Civic keyless entry power door lock control box shipped to 92844? Is this the box found in the driver's side kick panel? Would you also include the 18pin plug that plugs into that box?

do you have his address or full name. i have people in WA
meantime i'll have my aunt whos a LA Det. run info on him dealing with vehicular crimes, stolen cars and chases. if he really does have a 97' ITR and the number is 143. she can call up honda dealer to get vin for that production number then in turn run the vin# thru series of reports for name and address and even carfax you can see where last registered and where, i have a feeling he's not even in washington. call that state and proof of authority to release info on vin threw verification.you could have him in ****. and if he moves and changes addy post office will have record and if not and he attains a po box he is still trackable no1 is invisible here. hopefully this helps you to pursue the rest of the course.
so you my friend check ITR registerys online do a search, there are people that get info on every ITR owner and update it without giving person/owner the consent of releasing info.
if he is actually ITR owner 143 how do you think most Rs are stolen.
1.intense info is scavenged up and then stalked
