ITR front lip
Yes.
To achieve maximum aerodynamic efficiency, the Type R includes a chin spoiler and a wing-type rear spoiler, and the vehicle is 15 mm lower in overall height than the Integra GS-R. These contribute to a 30 percent reduction in the coefficient of lift over the Integra GS-R and a 1 percent improvement in its drag coefficient.

hmm, makes me wonder if i should have gotten all the rust proofing i got and maintence every year...
oh well, its lifetime warranty. anyways, you could always take the lip off and see if it makes a difference. but makes sence to me, more air hitting it pushes the car down a bit.

i highly doubt that one could tell a difference.

As far as a aerodynamic difference... I don't think it's much but it's one of those things that makes the R an R. I see no sense in taking it off or the rear spoiler. It was put there for a reason from the R&D guys.
