i have a 1990 honda accord lx and i ahve to get my emissions dont in may i think of this year and i dunno it ill pass cause i bought it last summer and didnt have to get the emissons done so i am wondering if there are any signs or what would cause the car not to pass i just put on a new exhaust new spark plugs and wiers and am up to date on all oil and radiator changes and i just want to be ready im only 16 so i dont ahve alot of money to fix it but thats my 1st car so you all know how it is and its what gets me around any help would be apreciated thanks

 

First.... Stay in school... You write like a five year old.

Second, i would not do anything to your car until it gets tested. Of course you may do a tune-up (air filter, fuel filter, etc..)but, not knowing if your car is in good running condition, preventive "fixes" may prove futile.
