b16b vs itr head

are they (just the head itself) the same ? do they both have the same flow characteristics ? didn't find any info in the archives

A type R head has some what of a factory port and polish, it really is a cleaned up B16. About flow numbers? I have not had a chance to have both on the bench. Yet
