I have done massive research, and still no info if you can successfully make the ep3 seats sit lower in a DC.

someone said they swapped the skin from the EP3 to an EG skeleton, but I am not sure what else they did and how to do so........anyone else know anything I need to know, besides rewelding the mounting points.

Is there a way to remove the brackets and reuse universal brackets or stock brackets? anyone have pics of the EP3 seat bracket assembly.

yea I have seen them installed, most of the time, people are just rewelding a few locations and bolt them right up, but I also dont want to be uncomftorable cause they sit too high, so any input on that? someone must have done something to make them sit lower....

any more info on how to swap skins?

 

i had some in my car at one time and took them out after about a month because they sat VERY high and were very heavy as well... i made a bracket so that the seats bolted in the correct way..

i dont know you could switch out the skeleton w/ the EG seats because the EP3 seats are very different the way they are made.. good luck, designing and welding in a new rail is the only thing that would work the best..

 

save your money.. i did this last year and got tired of sitting too high after about 3 months and sold them...

 

well.. id say try to take off the sliders off the seats and then get universal sliders...and the brackets..i have si seats for sale too.. soo i will take a closer look

 

i just made ep3 seats fit into my integra. i swapped the cushion and fabric over to a integra seat skeleton :] took me 2 hours per a seat
