Default 96 accord ex stick frog type noise?

Have a frog noise when I get on the gas in second and third- not always.
I also can feel a vibration when I lean on the shifter while driving. Could this be a half shaft going bad? Motor mount loose? Exhast looks okay. Anyone else ever hear this?
It is not the engine; I am thinking it is the exhaust or half shaft.
Only happens when I get on the gas when lugging- just staring out in 2nd or third.
?

what exacly are you trying to say..? leaning on your shifter isnt a good thing i think when you lean on it its your gears grinding so try not to do it anymore as for the sound.. have you always heard this sound?

I can feel a vibration while holding the shifter and slightly... slightly leaning on it.
THe vibration has been there since I bought it last year with 67,000 miles.
Have 77,000 now.
I have already replaced the front rotors, replaced and balanced the tires, and replaced front wheel bearings. I am thinking it has to be the half shaft on the pass side. Is this the side that gets the most wear?

Also have a vibration whiile running that is slight but annoying. aLMOST LIKE A TIRE IS OUT OF BALANCE. But they aren't. Wheels don't visually look bent.

Oh yeah I replaced the half shaft and intermediate shaft on the drivers side also.

The rotors smoothed out some vibration but still have the annoying vib. ??
