tweeter placement help (by side mirrors)
hey, i want to mount my tweeter by the side mirrors in my 94 Integra. has anyone ever seen/heard anyone do this? my brother did it and i thought it sounded nice. when i say 'by the side mirror', i mean on the inside of the car (of course) on the triangular piece that sits side by side with the side mirrors- the triangle plastic piece that sits in the FRONT CORNER OF the driver and passenger-side windows? it's kinda hard to explain.. not THAT hard though. if you need pics of what triangular piece im talking about ill find pics of it and post them.. my bros gone to europe for his honeymoon so i can't look to him for this question:
anyway, i was hoping someone(s) could explain to me how to take that triangle plastic piece out so i can drill holes in it to place my tweeter on. i don't have the stock tweeter housing in my integra and i dont want to make one because i think having the tweeter on the triangle plastic piece will give me better tweeter angles to work with. thank you.

by clearance, do you mean clarity problems? or problems having the tweeters fit? please give me more input rideordie, i dont wanna put my tweets there and they end up souding like ****. my bro had his tweeters there in his civic and i thought they sounded crystal clear.. can u explain how to take them off also??
My tweeters just hit the bolts on the mirror so i had to make some room thats it. II just use a flatblade screw driver with tape on it to remove it. it just pops off.
