Default will they fit right- 19 inchs

I am thinking of upgrading my 18" rims to 19's on my 99 Prelude. Do you guys think they will fit without any issues? I am mainly concerned about the width. The wheel I am looking at is a 19x8.

Another concern are the tires and busting the seal. I hit a pot hole last month with the 18's and busted its seal. Now this should tell me to get smaller wheels instead of bigger ones but screw it, I have smaller wheels on my baby, the CRX. Has anyone else had this seal problem with their tires? I use the Prelude as my daily driver currently...my baby is getting a new heart and will hopefully get done with it soon. The Prelude mainly sets in the drive way and looks pretty, unless it is raining then I tarp the CRX so the shitty ride doesn't bother me at all. thanks

Yes 19s will work, The 8 inch wide wheels are cutting it close.. You have to get the correct offset. I would look into racingharts if you are looking for this size.

I have RacingHart Z5000 now. I am looking at the TSW Thruxton now. I want that nice lip. I can get them extremely cheap. A TSW rep came into my dealsrship and gave me a price of $600 for the 4 19's shipped here. It is almost to good to be true. I am jsut concerned about the fitment and the seal busting

TSW is garbage, save your money and the headache. Chances are the offset that they will provide will be no where near the prelude +50 or even +45 offset which would be optimum.

Look into some nice rims beyond racing hart and TSWs save up for some volks. Trust me.

that is ruthless, are they bad? I always heard they were good rims. Thanks for the warning.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by BolivianFuego &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">TSW is garbage, save your money and the headache. I have VOLK's on my CRX. I love them, best shoes I have ever owned. But the price on Volk 19" with the lip I want is to far out of my pocket book rigt now. I guess I will just wait to find the rims that I really want. The price was just to right to say no but thanks for the warning on the the TSW! You guys saved me some money.

Yea bro, just look around for a nice set of some used ones if Volk rims cost a grip new for ya. IMO 19inches is too big for a prelude wheel well and 18s look best at max. Right now im selling some 17inch x7.5 Volk SE-37s, hit up my Sig to check em out if interested.

i havent got a camera yet. I went to buy one last weekend and could not make up my mind, and decided to get some new shoes for my CRX instead of the camera or Lude shoes. I am tired of my tonka truck look on the CRX it is killing me. I am going with 15 Red Rota GT3 instead of 17 Volk TE37. I am going to put the TE37 on my girlfriends car. The 18 Racing Hart Z5000 are cool on the Lude for now. I have came to conculsion that 18 is big enough for my Lude.
