anyone have a honda aacord 91 driver side door in black? heck in any color? i need one bad and i have $$$ in hand, the door lock got jammed and it wont open, so i need a new door plzzz help me out its not fun jumping thru my window i look like a nascar driver its lame or any sites or any place that might have any i live in california 818 thanks

 

Wait wait, try and solve the problem if possible. What exactly happened? Did something electrical happen so you cant unlock the door or did the little button get jammed down or was it phyisically in the door jam? If its a handle problem, you can remove the handle assem. and try pulling the metal pole.

 

well the problem is that the lock got jammed somehow and the door dosent open at all........ its not eletrical or anything its just mechanical from the inside........ i took the door panel off but i read that u gotta punch a hole into the door lock and open it with a screw driver because that problem happens on 91 accords and honda never came out witha way to open the doors......... so i figured if i can buy a door for cheap from some place like a junk yard i can just throw that on and it will be fine cause the lock it self cost like 126 or some ****......... anyways any other ideas ?

 

Did you try making the hole to try and fix it? Maybe something simply got lodged in there.

 

u kno what i didnt try it, but i doubt anything got stuck in there, i had posted earlier and someone told me that those accords have the same problem and honda never came out with a solution to the problem, and if i can find a door for cheap i rather just do that instead of drilling and ****** with the door

 

well either way, you are going to have a door that you cant lock so you might as well try it. what about talking to a locksmith? i really dont think an entire new door is necessary and i think you are making this a lot more trouble than it really is.
