VALVE BROKE INSIDE ENGINE BLOCK!!!

VALVE BROKE INSIDE ENGINE BLOCK!!!
hey wus good every body i havent posted in a min. hope every one had a happy new year and and a good christmas.
now the problem. one of my intake valve too a cr*P on me on the 31. i was going like at 30 mph, and felt a slight jerk and a weird noise come from the engine and then the car turns off. i tried to crank it but it turns over very rough.i towed it back home and took out the valve cover to see if it was in there, nothing every thing looks good, and then i took out my spark plug , the first one was broken all the way to the threads. just murdered, destroyed!.the rest were just used. so i peep in the spark plug hole and i beleive i see my valve head right there with the piston.
(91 honda accord f22a1/auto tranny.)
(ima swap it to manual if i get a new engine.)
great! so now it time for an new engine or do ya think the head is repairable??
i already search for some engine and tranny combo, i got a aguy who said any j-spec angine for 500. and another guy told me got a new accord engine("") for 400. i gotta get with him and actually talk to him cus it was second hand info. what do u guys think? new engine or redo the head??

for the price of this engine, just get another one 
you can keep your old one for spare parts, if you ever get in deep ****.. plus you could tear it apart after so youll really get to know it well!
