I'm trying to buy some Tuner Gorilla locks and lugz, what size do I need for 99 GSR?

nope. it's 12mmx1.5 pitch. if you're running factory honda/acura rims, you should be using lugs with a ball seat. if you're running aftermarket rims, you need lugs with a taper/cone seat.

i don't know of any spline drive nuts that come with a ball seat.... don't forget to search next time. this kinda stuff is easy to look up on h-t
