Supersonic Blue Integras

I was wondering how many supersonic blue integras acura made? In what years? And were they only GS-R's?

In the US:
ssblue only goes for 98/99 GSR coupes.

that's what I thought, but I wanted it confirmed, but also how many did they produce?
