It seems to be made very well and has strong welds.. Its a tube and fin intercooler and doesnt have a high priced name attached to it so I think thats why the price is that way..

I'm using their smallest intercooler... I'm quite happy with it. At the end of the track the turbo side is hot and the throttlebody side is cold. I have no idea what the pressure drop is but given the # of turbulators I doubt it'll be horrible.

I was going to go with johnnyracecar but he was an *** to me through email so I went elsewhere.

streetimports = from me!

The 22x9x3 intercoolers and bigger and very very nice end tanks and welds. Look and work amazing and can't go wrong with the price. The smaller sized coolers (2" thick) have different end tanks though and don't look as good as far as instilling confidence that the end tanks won't leak. Never tested the small ones though so can't say for sure that they will leak.

all in all a big

I'm not saying for you to grab a big intercooler, all I'm saying is that the 3" thick coolers from street imports are much better quality then the smaller coolers they offer. Much better end tanks and welds, probably different manufacturer or something. Anyone who has seen both in person will know what I mean

the thing with johnnyracecar is that he doesnt like to ship to canada so we are SOL. so you are using the 18 x 9??. hmmm i'm trying to decide which cooler to get too. like the jrc 8" but no go, so the street import one looks ok.

I'm using the 24x12x3. It has worked well for me so far, but I am probally going to go with the precision one later on (I'm shooting for 550+whp)
