Default comptech superchargers and warranty

Is it true that comptech superchargers do not void factory warranty? Couldn't find any info on this.

Easiest way to find out is to call the dealership and ask.

Comptech has close relations with Honda and typically this will not void your warranty. However, given that any product is installed on the car, there needs to be a particular link between the failed part and the modified/replaced/enhanced part. It all depends on the dealer/installer that you will go to, or that will be doing your warranty work.

they might be some dealerships that warranty it. but as far as i know, they must install it. these dealerships are very rare. most just see aftermarket and say bye bye warranty. best way is to ask your dealership

Comptech and Honda are two seperate companies.
Honda and Acura dealers have been gracious enough to carry our products in many of their dealerships thanks in part to our extensive motorsport history with Honda and Acura. I have seen dealerships warranty vehicles with our full catalog of parts on it. I've even seen Comptech supercharged cars on the showroom in certain delaerships. You need to check with your dealership regarding how they handle our product and warranty procedures. You can email me at nateh@comptechusa.com if you would like recommendations on a dealer to go to in your area.

if you put the blower on and your horn stops working they will fix it.. but if the engine throws a rod there is no way in hell they will fix it..

ok i've called up a couple of dealerships in my area..... and yes.. if you buy the comptech stuff from them and they install it for you, they will NOT void the warranty.....

unfortunently if you upgrade the pully to a smaller one.... it will void the warranty....

so its a very thin line to walk on....
