Default b16a in DA prob

I have a b16 in my DA, its obd1 with a pr3 ecu with hondata stage 3.... i have checked my plugs wires distributor cap rotor, everything, my car is driving like complete crap. it will not even make it up a hill, and in order to get it up to about 40 i have to rev the **** out of it. the clutch is grabbing fine, its not slipping, but i cannot figure out whats wrong. the motor is screaming when vtec engages but it does not move. please give me some options of what i should check and what it could be. thanks alot.

How can you be sure the clutch isnt slipping? If the motor screems and runs great in vtec but it doesnt actually rip, Id say clutch.

ok you can use the p28 because your using a b16a2 and then thats obd1 so you would go wtih the hondata s200 or s300 id say... my DA is a 91 obd0 and my b16a1 but its fully built N/A, my clutch has 3000miles on it and when my car is running good the clutch just grabs, and it grabs into each gear fine the tack doesnt just rev and the car go no where, it just does not move, it takes forever for my motor to rev unless its cold. thanks alot tho im def gonna check my timing
