Default h22 not running right

Just fixed my oil pump on my h22 and now it isnt running to good. Timing is on, double checked it. It runs better if i am just giving it 10% throttle but once i floor it, it just falls flat on its face. Anything under 2500rpm and I cant get the car to move, it wants to stall, i have to slip the clutch at like 3k. VTEC works though and no engine lights. Anyone have any idea's?

Only thing i cant think of is, on the bottom of my header where the header and th dp meet, i broke one of the studs off so its only connected by 2. Would this make performance really bad? thanks
