94 civic, found tape deck and cd changer for my car today... its not working so well.

Default 94 civic, found tape deck and cd changer for my car today... its not working so well.

hey guys, my tape deck works, radio has 0 reception on any channel though. and also the cd changer is getting no power. im trying to eject the cartitridge deal to put a cd in but it wont. its all factory honda shizz. i just am jamming a car kit right now. i dont know why its not working. i plugged it into the back of my deck and stuff too.

the antenna is kinda jacked up thats why i think it might not be working. the previous owner had cut it and re connected it with tape. the tape deck has power and stuff so i think the fuse should be fine. i will try out disconnecting the battery and the credit card thing tommorow though becuase i have no time today. thanks for the info. the changer could be damaged also. i didnt know i had it until i looked for the jack under the trunk. so it had been crusing over bumps and stuff with me for a couple weeks.
