I have a 1996 accord 2.2 VTEC and jus the other day the check engine light came on and went to check it but cannot find the ODB plug??? i thought it was in 1996 or before that all cars went to this??? please help me to figure out this problem...

 

try looking under the glove box or center console on the drivers side.
it will either be a 3 pin plug or a 16 pin plug if i remember right

 

you cant find the "odb" plug cause dirty die a couple weeks ago, if you search for the obd plug you might find that, its a blue connector under the glove box

If you take out the ashtray (under the radio) you will see the diag port behind it. Good luck!

 

found it and jumped it but it says i have some sensor bad that i have never even heard of...it gave me code 08...i think it might be TPC or something close??? the book says i should take it to the dealership but *** that....someone please help me out so i don't have to bring it to the dealership....oh yea i know it is OBD not ODB....was high and being stupid....
