sorry...but if you're not sure where it goes or what its purpose is, why did you buy it in the first place? i can only guess that you are referring to the sway bar...

There are 2 blind holes on each side of the engine bay above the strut towers.
Drill those out and put nut and bolt thru each one.

Those 2 holes on each side don't have to be drilled out on EG's. You can pop them out. They're little rubber plugs. Use 2 12mm bolts and nuts on each side to bolt the bitch down. Have to put the bolt through fron underneath (inside wheelwell) and use the nut at the top. Best bolts to use are the flywheel bolts (12mm) with the nuts that hold the intake or exhaust manifold onto the head. They fit perfectly.

OK I Finally have it

are you talking about the bar that is right behind the engine, Lower area Connects to the subframe Right near the Steering rack? One sides bolts has a bracket that holds one of the hoses going to the steering rack?

That HAS to be it.

Go to this thread:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=108831

Scroll down to the pic of EP's m00gen m0bile with the front bumper removed. Below the headlights, spanning the radiator, a bar is visible.

Reid
