Will a Canadian 00' civic SIR (SI in US) front brakes fit onto my 97' civic h/b DX? Even if I change the spindles? anyone know?

Yes they will work. I have a 97 Hatch with all the Disc brakes from a 00 Civic Si. I even used the Power steering rack.

Yes. You have to swap the entire knuckles.

i also got rotors, will those fit on th4 sir hubs and clear the calipers?

Let me clarify. You have to swap the SiR knuckles and everything attached to them onto your car - that includes the hubs, rotors, and calipers.
