Default Oil for my STD

What oil is the best for SOHC ZC?

What oil am I suppose to put in STD 4 Speed Tranny?

i use Mobil 1 10w30 oil.

as for the tranny... GM Syncromesh Friction Modified.

I don't think a SOHC ZC needs such good oil: it's not a performance engine. I'd use a semi-synthetic 5w30 in the winter and 10w30 in the summer.

I 100% agree with this. Many people will tell you to go with HMTF, but it's really just expensive oil. If you're going to pay out the anus for product, get something for your effort .

I've been in GDD for far too long, I thought this was a thread about sexually transmitted diseases.
