putting the ls vtec into my hatch wanted to know how much a type R head would cost me i hope its not to bad

complete head minus distributor is usually around 800-1000

save yourself the trouble and buy a b16 or gsr head......you can amde the b16 head better than the itr for what your gunna pay

All a type R head is a glorified slighly cleaned up Type R minus the dual valve springs and the lighter, coated valves

Instead of spending 800-1000 on a type R head, get a b16 head and some skunk2 cams. You'll have the same head (albeit with just tad bit less flow) with more aggressive cams for about the same price.
