I have heard good and bad.........also, I wanna do something different besdies white/silver rims on my car (as seen in avatar) do you think black ADR DV-8's would look good>?
i've never heard good things about adr's, but I've heard quite a few bad things. There are some pics floating around of adr's that have gotten f'd up while driving. TRy finding those and then I don't think you'll want adr's.
Yeah, there's some guy on here who has ADR's (that look like the Rotas) that were totally f-ed up.
But, I've had my ADR DTM's in 17" for a long time now. They have withstood lots of hard bumps without any bends. In my experience, I think they're pretty good for the money and some look quite good. I believe that ADR is considered one of the "knock off" brands.....but oh well. If you're broke like me, ADR is the way to go.

i think the one's that are know for having the most problems are the adr spyders (or whatver they are called). I shouldn't speak negatively about the brand as a whole.

No probs with my spiders yet. Had then on over a year. I got them around the same time as fukngsr (ones that broke) got his. I am very careful though, and they are still in mint condition. I will inspect them for cracks when i take them off for the winter tomorrow.

There have been two cases that I know of where the rims developed cracks, and one of the cases was Fukn's GS-R w/ the ADR Spiders (Mugen imitations) that broke every single spoke and left the rim in two pieces...one part still on the hub.
The other case was with my brother's GS-R w/ 17" DTM's. One of the rims developed extensive cracking in one part of the inner rim causing air to leak. They stopped making the rim so we couldn't get just one replacement. They did look nice tho, and cost less than $100 a piece. But, I still don't think it was worth all the hassle, even if the rim was cheap. ADR's quality control needs to step up quite a bit before I'll ever buy anything from them.
Funny that both cases were in Dallas.
