Default Random Problems that are starting do drive me nuts

91 Integra with 135k
Problem 1 is that the car jerks 2-3 times on deceleration, this is very annoying and shouldnt happen
Problem 2 A few times a week i will get thes random low rpm missfires, very fast intense missing around 2500-3000rpm i will shut the key off then turn it back on and it goes away
Problem3 Random Cel on decel in 3rd i always just shut the car off and back on never have pulled the code(go ahead flame me)
Problem 4 When i am deceling from say 6700rpm and the rpms drop to around 6000 and i floor it again it makes this noise like its tryin to go but somethings out of time(kinda like the noise of you revving your car up real high, shuttin it of and flooring it) Maybe valve floaT? then my rev limiter does not bounce like the other millions of hondas i have been around it makes that same bog noise and drops my rpms about 1000rpm
I apologize this was real random...i just tired of this ****

just replaced my plugs with ngk 2 steps colder, the base timing is set at 4deg btdc and the cap and rotor have been changed. I highly doubt the fuel filter could cause this but it needs changed anyway. Anyone else have any bright ideas...btw i will never stop beating on my motor its too fun. I starting to wonder if my ecu is going out, how often has this happened? Oh yeah when i got the car the exhaust cam timing was retared one tooth, when i pulled my plugs then they were completly white!!! thats before i did the 75 wet shot hince the colder plugs and retarted timing and yes i run 93 octane and have only put two bottles through it!!!! please help, thes problems arent nitrous related. I do have a 4 wire bosh o2 sensor that may be through the code on decel, who knows? i dont

Check all your motor mounts. With you beating on it like that it's very possible you've cracked one or more of them. That could cause the jumping on decel.

maybe the jerking problem you have is your lightened flywheel, not very good for deaccelerating....

The 2 steps colder than stock plugs may be effecting your car adversely when you are not on the bottle. I would suggest going back to a stock leve plug, or at the most one step colder. Just a thought...

FOUR degrees BTDC? Is that the stock timing?? Dang, my GS-R is supposed to be set at 16 +/- 2 deg. BTDC (I have it at 18).
