Hondata tuning questions....
If I decide to go with the Hondata where to get it tuned. Dyno tuned that is. I was looking on the site and the closest authorized dealer is Autothority in Fairfax Virginia. Thats prolly a 3 hour hike for me.
I dont think I will have any problems installing it, just tuning it. I know it comes with some base maps, but I would like multiple ones for when I'm at the track and runnin race gas and ****, or different maps for summer and winter driving.
Lastly since I have the LS motor, the stage2 is pretty much useless. From what I've been told the stage1B is available now or very soon. Or should I save mad money and go with the 3B.
Do you think that any good dyno tuner could tune it if I give him all the tuning directions that are downloadable from the hondata site a couple of days or weeks in advance?
**** what to do, help please!

I'm in the same boat as you man, although I just suck it up and drive 3 hours to Detroit where Payn Tech tunes the car. Its a hassle but at least it gets done right... EV.
You only need the 2B if you want the ability to datalog(since its not optional on the
1B) and if you want adjustable vtec and rev limiter functions.
If you want tuning, for an extra fee I can come to you.
But you will need to find a dyno nearby.

2b is useless because he has a LS motor (no VTEC) and can't use the vtec functions of 2b. i'm in the same boat as him.

Oh yeah. Also now that I think about it. I have a chipped ECU now with either no rev-limiter or a very high limiter that I'm not trying to find where it is
Someone said that I should go back to a stock ECU, any others care to add to that?
Maybe I should do stage2b. Also is the datalogging option a useful tool to get when purchasing or can that money be well spent in other places like buying injectors or something else.
