I wish ya'll a blessed new year!

I'm in the market for a used or new S2K.
I test drove both the new 2005 S2k as well as some used ones.

I was wondering if the price difference between the 2005 and used ones aren't enormous, then I'd rather get a new one.

What's the price of a new S2k in So Cal?
And what would I expect to pay for a MY 02+? (preferably no mods because I suspect that if the car is modded, then it "may" have been abused too)

you can find an 00 for around $17,000 to $20,000... and you can find a 02,03 for around $22,000 - $27,000... and 04 for around $25,000 to $30,000.. and obvously an 05 for $30,000+

 

Got my brand new 04 for $30,445 + tax/lic/reg.......... You can get the 05 for the same price.

 

Mine was 31,500 counting the LoJack and rear trunk spoiler + 2500 tax licence. so 34k. I've heard guys paying up to 37K+, and he mentioned something about options. I didn't think the S had that many options, and he didn't even get the hard top. Sucks to think another S owner got juiced.

 

whoa 37k is way to much even with the hardtop

 

i got mine for $32,500 05' new + tax/lis/reg.

hate to burst your bubble but thats a bit much

 

ya i know i could have gotten it cheaper, but it was like a take it or leave it, cuz if i said lets go somewhere else the next day my parents would have changed there minds lol. Already happend once before i got the car.

no 37+ doesnt sound too much ... if u figure in everything like 100,000 mile warranty, paint gloss, tax and license it could come out to around that...for me out the door for my 05 was 35g.

I got the 100,000 warranty....the paint protection warranty....the Paint Gloss done to the car....LoJack....and some other stolen warranty thing.
