I have a 93 honda hb with a d series motor if i turbo it will i be able to keep my ac??? thanks for your help and happy new year

my 92 hatch, i built my own manifold, and tunned it my self. SOHC's and TURBO's with AC can work...

 

Depends on what manifold and downpipe. But yes, you can keep your AC, if you want. Just get a manifold and downpipe that won't interfere with your AC components.

 

im not sure what companys make AC friendly turbo kits. either way, im sure it'll cost more. their alot harder to create, and time consuming.

and usually... TURBO owners don't appreciate AC most of the time, since it takes up space, that could be used on larger IC piping, and DP diamater, and when on, really bogs down the engine.

 

does anyone here know if the apexi ball bearing turbo kit for the sohc A/C friendly? as well as the drag and revhard

 

yes, direct bolt on, no probs clearing the a/c. also the greddy kit clears a/c perfectly. ive had both and they work perfectly. no interferecnce
